This one is based loosely on a true story where a woman in a wheelchair seemed to think that yelling profanities is the way to get her way. She is not mentally insane, she was just one rude S.O.B. Apprently, i you yell loud enough with enough swearing, people will do what you want, just to shut you up.....i had a better idea....
